Director of Research and Training

Alessia Tripaldi

Alessia Tripaldi is a sociologist, certified trainer and co-founder of Sineglossa, where she directs the Research and Training area and supports cultural organisations in the informed adoption of AI. She studies their needs and practices, as in the research AI Compass per il patrimonio culturale, written with Simone Natale and Luca Befera of the University of Turin, and turns them into methodologies for training, consultancy and chatbot design, from Eugenie for the Museo Nazionale del Cinema to the advisory programme with the Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano. She has conceived and coordinated programmes such as Generativa, Generative Heritage and Degenerativa, as well as formats for teams and organisations such as Elevator and Collage per i valori aziendali. In Sineglossa’s European projects, she develops methodologies on life skills, STEAM and gender inclusion. She is the author of the novel Gli scomparsi (Rizzoli) and of the scripts of The Horror Podcast (Chora Media).

Sustainability and community narratives

Tools for understanding sustainability and involving communities in exploring and interpreting their local areas, from EDUS to Nonturismo.

Alessia Tripaldi’s research connects the understanding of needs, the analysis of practices and the design of tools. In the cultural sector, she studies the conditions that make AI adoption understandable, sustainable and consistent with institutions’ heritage and audiences.
