Creative Soft Skills aims to connect the world of art with the world of work., stimulating reflection on how the creative skills of female artists can help other sectors-economic, scientific, technological-to find innovative answers to the complex challenges of the contemporary world.
Together with the other project partners-a composite landscape of training centers and cultural organizations-we developed a set of tools to help artistз, training centers, and trainers assess and coach creative skills.
