What is
A toolkit to deepen and develop creative soft skills.
The toolkit consists of two parts:
- A theoretical introduction to what creative soft skills are and what impact they can make both in the art world-expanding job opportunities for female artists-and in non-art sectors-stimulating product and process innovation.
- A training For awareness and strengthening of creative soft skills. It consists of two stages:
1. Assessment
A hackathon and original self-assessment tool to raise awareness about one’s creative soft skills through a hands-on experience.
2. Improvement
A series of activities to train creative soft skills. The training includes explanation of activities-goals, timelines, links to useful tools-and tips for trainers. The training includes explanation of activities-goals, timelines, links to useful tools-and tips for trainers.
Who it is designed for
- To formal and informal education centers seeking exercises and tools to conduct courses or workshops on creative soft skills awareness and reinforcement.
- To cultural organizations seeking hands-on activities to make artists more aware of their soft skills and their value in the world of work.
