Creative Soft Skills Training Toolkit

Cosa è

Un toolkit per approfondire e sviluppare le soft skills creative.

Il toolkit è composto da due parti:

  • Un’introduzione teorica su cosa sono le soft skills creative e su quale impatto possono produrre sia nel mondo dell’arte – ampliando le opportunità lavorative di artiste e artisti – sia nei settori non artistici – stimolando l’innovazione di prodotti e processi. 
  • Un training per la consapevolezza e il rafforzamento delle soft skills creative. Si compone di due fasi:
    1.     Assessment
    Un hackathon e uno strumento originale di autovalutazione per aumentare la consapevolezza sulle proprie soft skills creative attraverso un’esperienza pratica.
    2. Improvement
    Una serie di attività per allenare le soft skills creative. Il training comprende la spiegazione delle attività – obiettivi, tempistiche, link a strumenti utili – e consigli per i trainer.

A chi si rivolge

  • Ai centri di educazione formale e informale in cerca di esercizi e strumenti per realizzare corsi o workshop sulla consapevolezza e il rafforzamento delle soft skills creative.
  • Alle organizzazioni culturali in cerca di attività pratiche per rendere artiste e artisti più consapevoli delle proprie soft skills e del loro valore nel mondo del lavoro.
