What is Generativa
- Artists
- GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums)
- ICC (Businesses and Freelancers in the Cultural and Creative Sector).
The Academy training course will be designed starting from the results of the focus groups that Sineglossa will hold in the autumn, to understand the needs and perceptions of the Italian creative and cultural sector with respect to generative artificial intelligence.
Among the courses that Generativa will offer, there will be activities on prompt design, i.e. courses on how to write commands (prompts) that enable language models to provide accurate, high-quality answers consistent with the formulated question; others on data ethics, to address the digital transition of cultural and creative organisations by taking into account the aspects of explainable AI; and finally, an important space in the design of the training course will be reserved for the collaboration between human skills and the capabilities of generative artificial intelligence.

What is Generative Artificial Intelligence (G AI)? How can those involved in art, creativity and culture interact with it? How can we use it? Is there an ethical way to do it? Is cooperation really possible?
We talk about these issues in the project’s newsletter, out every month with informative content on generative artificial intelligence, case studies, in-depth materials, study and reading tips, and updates on the Academy’s activities. Read the first issue (in Italian), edited by Tlon.
Generativa is an innovative project funded by the PNRR through the TOCC (Digital Transition for Organisations dealing with Culture and Creativity) call, promoted by the Ministry of Culture and managed by Invitalia.
