Cristina Mingo

Since childhood, she has been drawn to the stage, but she soon realized that her ideal place was behind the scenes. This led her to pursue a path in cultural production, beginning with a degree in Production and Management of Arts and Cultural Events from the University of Florence, followed by postgraduate training, internships, and professional experiences across Central and Southern Italy. She joined Sineglossa in 2020 and now serves as Producer and Project Manager. While she retains a special connection to the organisation’s education and training activities, she enjoys working across a wide range of projects. Through them, she finds the deepest meaning of cultural work: helping create spaces where people can ask questions, discover new perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
