Giovedì 9 aprile 2026, presso Palazzo Gradari a Pesaro, l’e Comune di Pesaro, organizza un evento di scambio, riflessione e networking, sui temi dell’introduzione delle tecnologie digitali e dell’intelligenza artificiale nella mediazione e in altri processi museali.
L’iniziativa è dedicata alle istituzioni culturali, professionistɜ del settore, personale delle pubbliche amministrazioni, studenti e ricercatori, e intende mettere in dialogo ricerche di livello nazionale e esperienze sviluppate nel territorio.
Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Palazzo Gradari in Pesaro, the HUB Emilia-Romagna e Marche of Dicolab. Cultura al digitale, with the patronage of ICOM Italia, Fondazione Marche Cultura and the Municipality of Pesaro, organizes an event for exchange, reflection, and networking on the topics of introducing digital technologies and artificial intelligence in mediation and other museum processes.
The initiative is dedicated to cultural institutions, sector professionals, public administration staff, students, and researchers, and aims to create a dialogue between national-level research and experiences developed locally.

- Introduction by Sineglossa and institutional greetings from the Municipality of Pesaro
- Presentation of the HUB Emilia-Romagna and Marche of Dicolab. Cultura al digitale and the upcoming courses in Pesaro, led by G-Lab S.r.l., Fondazione Golinelli, and BAM! Strategie culturali. Dicolab. Cultura al digitale is a new training system for the digital transformation of cultural heritage, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Culture – Digital Library within the PNRR Cultura 4.0 framework, implemented by the Scuola nazionale del patrimonio e delle attività culturali (National School of Heritage and Cultural Activities), and funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
Speakers:
- Giovanna Cipolla (Scuola del Patrimonio e delle attività culturali) on “New Technologies for Heritage Mediation”, presenting research promoted by the Scuola Nazionale del Patrimmonio within the Dicolab.Cultura al digitale program, with support from the Italian Ministry of Culture – Digital Library and funding from the European Union – Next Generation EU;
- Alessia Tripaldi (Director of Training and Research at Sineglossa), on “AI COMPASS FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE: Reflections for a Conscious Adoption of Generative AI”, a new publication resulting from research conducted by Sineglossa in collaboration with the University of Turin;
- Concetta Ferrara (ICOM Marche) on the results of the Call “Digital Solutions for Enhancing Cultural Heritage for Audience Engagement”, promoted by Sineglossa, ICOM Marche, and Fondazione Marche Cultura, open to museums and museum networks in the Marche region.
Two best practices from the call we launched earlier this year will be presented:
- Digital Splash, an augmented reality experience by the Museo del Mare of San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), allowing visitors to immerse themselves on a fishing boat from dawn to sunset. Presented by Agustina Micaela Medrano and Francesca Vitelli (Museo del Mare).
- Tiziano Tangibile: The Pala Gozzi, the famous painting at the Pinacoteca Civica of Ancona, translated into a predominantly tactile installation by the Mindful Artificial Intelligence Innovation for Digital Heritage Laboratory of the Department of Civil, Building, and Architectural Engineering – DICEA, Università Politecnica delle Marche, in collaboration with ABA Roma. Presented by Ramona Quattrini, Associate Professor and Deputy Director of DICEA – UNIVPM.
The event will conclude with a Q&A session and networking opportunities.
Dicolab. Cultura al digitale is a project promoted by the Italian Ministry of Culture – Digital Library within the PNRR Cultura 4.0, implemented by the Scuola Nazionale del Patrimonio e delle attività culturali (National School of Heritage and Cultural Activities), and funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU. The HUB Emilia-Romagna and Marche is managed by G-Lab S.r.l. Impresa Sociale with Fondazione Golinelli, BAM! Strategie Culturali and Sineglossa with a course program that started in March 2025 and continues until June 2026.
