What have we learnt?
Artificial Intelligence remained a central theme throughout the training, but also digital curatorship, fundraising, 3D digitisation and immersive technologies were all key topics featured in the HUB’s courses.
Each instructor presented methodologies, tools and solutions to approach digital transformation with confidence and effectiveness. The second training semester spanned both theory and practical experiences, from recognising the skills needed within organisations to manage change, to understanding equipment such as laser scanners, photogrammetry and 3D modelling for VR applications, and exploring how artificial intelligence can be used to develop chatbots that improve user experience both online and offline – just to name some of the paths taken.
Thanks to both online and in-person activities, the HUB community has expanded, facilitating exchanges between institutions and professionals. Some participants engaged with this world for the first time, while others chose to attend multiple courses, demonstrating that acquiring digital transformation skills also involves connecting with people and continuously exchanging perspectives and expertise.
For this reason,we can say that knowledge gains even greater value when it becomes a space for encounter, discussion, debate and mutual enrichment.
