data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The soft skills are divided into two macro areas:<br \/>External Communication (Active Listening, Storytelling, Pitching, Negotiation,<br \/>Leadership, Teamworking) &#8211; and Internal Communication (Determination &#8211; Self-awareness and Problem Solving).<br \/>For each soft skill you will find:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">An <strong>inspirational video<\/strong> to explain the importance of the skill to trainees;<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>three different short activities<\/strong>, lasting from 10 to 30 minutes, to<br \/>make trainees experience the skill;<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>one long activity<\/strong>, lasting from 30 to 90 minutes, to improve the skill in trainees,<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
