data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"615\">The report <em data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"432\">GenAI for the Growth of the Cultural and Creative Sector<\/em> is now online: a <strong>study led by Sineglossa<\/strong> (Alessia Tripaldi and Luca Baraldi) <strong>to explore how generative artificial intelligence is perceived, envisioned, and applied within the artistic, cultural, and creative fields.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"1041\">As the partner responsible for designing the training program of <a href=\"https:\/\/sineglossa.it\/progetti\/generativa\/\">GENERATIVA<\/a> \u2013 the academy on generative AI for 75 professionals from the sector, starting in October 2025 \u2013 Sineglossa carried out a context analysis to identify the needs and expectations of cultural and creative professionals, with the aim of turning them into concrete guidelines for an educational program that supports the <strong>mindful adoption of GenAI.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1274\">The research presents the outcomes of focus groups involving 43 participants, including <strong>artists, GLAM professionals (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums), and representatives of the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI).<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe51a4a elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-align-justify elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-end=\"1403\">generativity<\/em><\/strong>, to foster debate on the creative, managerial, and strategic opportunities linked to the broad idea of \u201cgenerating\u201d;<\/li><li><strong>Understanding the ideal role of AI<\/strong>, to outline expectations and identify urgent and concrete needs emerging from professional experiences;<\/li><li><strong>Identifying sector\u2013specific applications<\/strong>, to shape training offers according to the unique features of each target group.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9940ca elementor-widget__width-auto elementor-widget Approaches to maintaining human control in artistic processes.<br \/>c. Ethics and intellectual property in the management of generated content.<\/p><p><strong>CCI:<\/strong><br \/>a. Solutions for automating administrative and management processes.<br \/>b. Predictive analysis to support strategic decision\u2011making.<br \/>c.
